DOMOPLAN FUND's investments are divided into the construction and purchase of real estate in 15 projects. The diversification of the portfolio with a volume of CZK 13 billion until 2028 makes the fund a very stable investment instrument.
DOMOPLAN FUND maintains a long-term ratio of investor contributions to the founder's equity of 3:1 (according to Ernst & Young's "low risk" analysis) and is regularly audited by external auditors. At the same time, we have set up guarantee mechanisms to ensure the expected return even if the fund reports a lower profit or even a loss.
Thanks to this, we are one of the few Qualified Investor Funds (QIFs) with a low risk ratio (3 out of 7) and can thus offer you a unique ratio of returns to investment risks.
Since its inception, DOMOPLAN FUND has consistently returned over 8.3% per annum, even in the worst of times. Since the first subscription in 2017, we have thus appreciated investors' funds by more than 50%.
