In each project, we strive to create a harmonious balance between an original architectural idea, the context of the place, and the lifestyle of its future inhabitants. A home does not end with the walls of the apartment. We want our buildings to be an asset to the area, and the space around the homes is as important in our designs as the architecture.

Tomáš Vavřík

founder

Tomáš founded DOMOPLAN in 2010, which grew into the largest Brno developer in ten years and expanded its activities abroad in 2021. In 2016, he founded the eponymous investment fund of qualified investors, allowing other investors to participate in the success of DOMOPLAN's buildings and the company has grown exponentially. He is a seasoned real estate market participant with extensive experience in property development and actively invests more than EUR 50 million of his own funds in the real estate market (the total value of real estate projects managed by him exceeds EUR 150 million).

Zdeněk Hauzer

Investment Director

Zdeněk has 27 years of experience in financial institutions, especially in the areas of banking, asset management, investment and fund custody. At ČSOB he managed the Corporate Credit Management Department in Prague, at Fio Credit Union he held the position of Head of the Credit Department and at CYRRUS, a.s. he headed the Fund Depository Department. Since 2011, he has held several important positions at AVANT Investment Company, a.s. as a member of the Board of Directors, Director of Asset Management and currently as Investment Director.

Martin Vápeník

Member of the Supervisory Board

Martin Vápeník is an experienced financial manager with extensive experience in financial management, investment analysis and strategic planning. In his last role as CFO at PDI a.s., he oversaw financial and cash-flow planning for innovative waste-to-energy projects. Prior to that, as an investment advisor, he provided key financial consulting and investment evaluation. His past roles include CEO at Biometric Ventures, board member at Spaceflow, and CFO at UP21, demonstrating his strong experience in financial leadership, strategic management, and fundraising for a variety of businesses. Martin is known for his ability to lead startups and established companies through financial complexities to ensure sustainable growth and strategic financial health. His expertise includes financial modeling, budgeting and strategic planning, making him a valuable asset to any organization seeking to achieve financial excellence.

Michal Brothánek

Sales Director

Michal has long held managerial and commercial positions in the financial sector. For many years he worked in the corporate business of ČSOB. In these roles, he managed the issuance of debt securities in the bank's dealing desk for large banking clients between 2006 and 2009. As Managing Director, he headed the Institutional Banking unit from 2010-2016, providing services to financial institutions (banks, insurance companies, securities dealers, investment companies, investment funds and qualified investor funds), custody clients and depositaries of investment companies and funds. Here he was at the origin of the boom in qualified investor funds. From 2016 to 2021, as a member of the Board of Directors of ČSOB Insurance, he was responsible for the management of all business networks and partners, business support and downstream departments. Since 2022, he has been a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Commercial Officer of AVANT Investment Company, Inc.
