On Příční Street in Brno’s Zábrdovice district, a pair of apartment buildings is currently under construction. They are connected not only by their façade design but also by a reference to the high-quality residential architecture of the First Republic.

The authors of the architectural design are RAW Atelier, a firm we have been collaborating with since our very first projects. The buildings will offer 2 rooms + kitchenette apartments, as well as luxurious penthouses with 3 rooms + kitchenette and 4 rooms + kitchenette layouts, complete with terraces. The project also includes covered garages on the ground floor.
Příční Street is located near the popular city park Lužánky, providing an excellent urban living experience with green spaces within easy reach.
