On a prime plot of land right next to the ski slope of Ski resort Bukovka in the Orlické Mountains, we are preparing a project in collaboration with Identity Design Studio from London for the construction of four-star apartments with premium hotel services and wellness facilities.

Our successful apartment hotel concept is now expanding into another region. Buková Hora is one of the best ski resorts in the area, and thanks to its dense network of cycling routes and excellent service accessibility, it is also a popular tourist destination during the summer months. Here you will find the longest ski slopes in the Orlické Mountains, featuring a modern heated chairlift, as well as various fun parks, snow parks, and entertainment zones. In summer, Skibukovka hosts numerous weekend events for adrenaline enthusiasts and families alike.
