“When designing the Na Mariánské cestě Residence, we were inspired by Scandinavia. Our aim is to bring some elements of the Scandinavian lifestyle and harmonious life philosophy to Brandýs. Cultivated surroundings of houses full of greenery, water surface areas in the very heart of the premises, the human measure of architecture, and the use of natural materials in the interiors, facades and the shared areas of the facility – in our point of view, these are the key qualities of the residence, which are crucial for comfortable housing and the creation of a functional community of neighbors. In order to get the most light possible into the units, we have designed the facades in the form of dynamically alternating loggias and French windows.”
