A new urban district will emerge in close proximity to the Masaryk University campus and the Faculty Hospital. It will bring more than 500 new apartments, studios, and accommodation units to Brno, along with offices, cafés, restaurants, and a variety of other shops and services.
The project also includes 11 'work & live‘ units covering a total area of 867 m² and a private polyclinic for specialized medical fields, spanning nearly 1,000 m².
